Asiatica Association – Submission Guidelines
General Guidelines for Both Journals
- Papers should be original and scientific. They should be meaningful, logic, checkable, and updated. Authors are responsible for contents and data. We publish only papers relevant to the topic/discipline.
- The language is English. It should be fluent and correct.
- Papers should be divided into short chapters. Try to avoid tables.
- For Copyright purposes, papers should not be already published or in press or forthcoming anywhere else.
- Papers have no words limit.
- The title and the author should be clearly specified at the top of the first page in all contributions.
- Endnotes should be put at the bottom of the text.
- Papers should be followed by a list of Abbreviations, and the complete list of references cited in text and endnotes. List only the books/papers etc. really cited in the endnotes. No references in brackets in the body of the text.
- The file format is Microsoft Word, Openoffice Writer format, or XHTML.
- In Word or Openoffice, use paragraph styles instead of formatting to mark sections of text whenever possible. For example, use Heading 1 for the paper title, Heading 2 for sections titles, Normal style for regular paragraphs, and so on. Try to limit the use of inline formatting to Italics and Bold only. For footnotes, use the built-in endnotes function in the editor.
- Diacritic characters should follow the Unicode encoding.
