We have just received the Journal of Confucian Philosophy and Culture, vol. 10 (Aug. 2008), which is published by the Sungkyunkwan University, a private academia in South Korea. Papers deal with Confucianism, its idea and ideals and the more recent studies on it, and are written in Korean. The only paper written in English is "Early Modernity in Choson Korea: An Examination of two "Practical learning" scholars, by Don Baker.
